Terms of Service

1. Provision of Creative Production Services

These Terms of Service govern the creative production services provided by TBL Artistic Productions, LLC, including but not limited to event production management, stage direction, technical production, and creative content support. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges that timelines and outcomes may be influenced by venue conditions, third-party vendors, and event-specific variables.

2. Project Timelines and Execution

TBL Artistic Productions, LLC operates according to agreed scopes, production schedules, and milestone approvals. The client agrees to provide required access, information, approvals, and timely communication. Delays caused by missing approvals, late deliverables, or external factors may adjust the project timeline accordingly.

3. Financial Terms and Production Fees

Client agrees to pay TBL Artistic Productions, LLC the fees described in the applicable service agreement, proposal, or statement of work. Third-party costs including venue fees, permits, rentals, equipment, travel, and vendor charges may be billed separately unless stated otherwise. Failure to make required payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property and Creative Assets

Upon full payment, the client retains rights to final deliverables specifically produced under the agreement, subject to any licensed third-party materials. TBL Artistic Productions, LLC may retain rights to pre-existing tools, templates, and production methodologies and may reference non-confidential project outcomes for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Termination of Services

Service terms, cancellation rights, and notice periods are defined in the client agreement. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Upon termination, TBL Artistic Productions, LLC will deliver completed agreed work and close out outstanding obligations, provided invoices due are paid in full.
